Andy
Smith
Artistic Director
I
have been hairdressing since 1998. Through
dedication and hard work I have achieved
many accolades within the industry. These
include Head of the Nirvana Artistic Team,
a complete portfolio for both Tony and Guy
and Wella, photo shoots for trade and consumer
magazines and a photo shoot for Versace for
a high profile society magazine. I
am also within the top six hairdressers in
the country who have been named a Wella Master
Colour Expert which enables me to constantly
stay in touch with the up and coming trends
in London. |

Tracey
Ripley
Creative
Director
I
have been styling hair for many years
and can honestly say I enjoy all aspects
of my job. I love creating many different,
funky styles and the transformation of
a client from when they arrive to when
they leave is brilliant. I have successfully
completed numerous courses with Wella,
including many colour and cutting workshops.
It’s great at Nirvana because we
have exhibited at many fantastic hair
shows, working as a team. I hope to achieve
a lot more in the future, so watch this
space. |

I
have been working in the world of beauty for
eight years. The past five years I have spent
working at Nirvana. I particularly enjoy working
with the Decleor and Jessica products, as the
results are superb. Make-up is an area of Beauty
Therapy that I really enjoy, especially for
weddings, photo shoots and funky events! |

Thelma
Turner
Creative
Director
I
have worked for Nirvana since it opened
in 1990, and have seen the salon grow
from strength to strength. The world
of hair is very fast moving and the great
thing about working at Nirvana is that
we attend courses and seminars to keep
up with the trend. I enjoy learning latest
techniques and I have just completed
a Bridal Hair course, this is great for
dressing hair for occasions such as balls,
proms and weddings. |

Allison
Style Designer
I
have been cutting hair for 7 years and
specialise in bridal hair and make-up,
barbering, colouring and hair extensions.
My forte is being late for work everyday
so please don’t book
an appointment with me before 9.15am. I make
up for this by staying on to create perfection
for my clients. |
