I have been hairdressing for many years now and I can honestly say that it is still my passion to change my clients lives and mood's by giving them a hairstyle that that not only suits them but also makes them feel great about themselves. I love all area's of my trade whether it be a challenging colour correction or a simple trim.

Leon Cole
Creative Stylist

I have been with Nirvana Winchester for a year now and feel I have slotted into my role within the company with great ease. This has been helped tremendously by having the support of a great team. I enjoy all aspects of cutting and colouring, especially the challenge of a complete restyle or colour correction. I have been working with Wella Colour for 5 years now and hope to work towards the ultimate accolade of Master Colour Expert.


Beki Norgate

I started my hairdressing career in 2003 and have been working for Nirvana Salons since September 2008. I have trained and achieved the highest qualification level of hairdressing but I am still satisfying my cravings for knowledge by attending Wella training days held in the London academy and also in salon. Cutting is possibly my forte but I also like a good challenge with colour!

Hi im Karl and Ive been working within the hairdressing industry since 2005. Ive attended many colouring and cutting courses and my dream is to be a platform artist and an editorial stylist and hope to acheive this by working for Nirvana. I have a love and passion for hair and making people feel good so why not come and see me in Romsey!.


Verity Wall

Hi, I'm Verity. I have been working in the hairdressing industry since 2003. In this time I have acheived the highest qualificatons in hairdressing, atended many industry courses in London and have entered many competitons. I have worked very hard to earn my title as a Wella 'Master Colour Expert' which I achieved through a highly intensive course in the London studios. I have always had a keen eye for fashion and I like to think 'out of the box'. I would love to progress in the future with avant-­-garde style work and session styling with Sebastian and Wella professionals. As a stylist, and a manager, I am very passionate about keeping up to date with all the latest techniques and products, and encourage on-­-going training for myself and my stylists.

Katie Richards

Hi, I'm Katie. I have been working as a hair stylist since 2007. I studied at Fareham college where I completed my NVQ levels 2 & 3 in all aspects of hairdressing. I have always had a passion for hair styling since a very young age and wish to continue to excell within the company and industry to my full potential! I take alot of pride in my work and like to spend quality time in gettng to know my clients and their hair needs. Look forward to seeing you here in Romsey!

We are a husband and wife team who used to own the salon in Oliver's Battery before Nirvana took over in 2008. We were styling hair there in what was then known as Donna hair fashion for over 40 years.

We have seen fashions come and go - then come back round again, and again, and so on- so we feel we have a wealth of experience in every single aspect of this fast moving industry. When we did decide to sell up and move aside for Nirvana to make it's mark we did think we would relax and enjoy life a little more but after only a matter of a few months... you guest it...we just weren't ready to hang our scissors up for good so here we are back for one morning each per week to look after all of our clients old and new.
